Our extensive range of testing equipment is further assurance of our commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction. Worn parts are replaced if necessary so that our toners produce the same quality print as the original.

If you are dissatisfied with the results of any of our refilled cartridges or products, please return the cartridge or product within 60 days to the place of purchase - receipt of purchase must be produced. The Cartridge Man store will either, repair the faulty cartridge or product, credit the full amount against a new cartridge/product or provide a full refund in exchange for the faulty cartridge.

In the unlikely event of a claim that a cartridge refilled by Cartridge Man caused damage to the printer, please obtain a written statement from the printer servicing company or the printer manufacturer stating exactly how the cartridge was responsible for the said damage. Cartridge Man will reimburse the full amount of the repair charge for such valid claim. You must advise the store that you intend to have a printer servicing company/manufacturer work on you printer prior to having work done – it maybe possible that the printer can be serviced onsite.
